Defective or wrong item? Message us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. We'll replace or refund it, and we cover return shipping.

Change of mind: Exchanges for a different style or color are accepted within 7 days if the bag is unused, with tags and packaging intact. The customer covers shipping both ways.

Not eligible: Used bags or sale items (except if defective).

Refunds: Sent to your preferred bank or e-wallet within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
